Welcome to Bosun PKM Tools. By accessing our portal, signing up for our waitlists, or participating in our private beta applications (FreENEXt and Galley Suite), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Software Licensing & Proprietary Status
Packaged builds and paid licenses are limited to the use stated at checkout. Consumer FreENEXt licenses are for personal use. Internal business use and redistribution of conversion engines require separate written agreements.
Open-core parsing libraries (such as freenext-core and galley-core) are planned for future release as open-source components under the permissive Apache License 2.0, but are not yet distributed.
2. Optional Hosted Processing Credits
Some future AI, server, OCR, or specialized tool operations may use prepaid credits:
- The product must estimate the required credits before processing and ask for explicit confirmation.
- No optional hosted operation may automatically purchase or consume credits without that confirmation.
- Unused purchased credits are refundable pro rata from the amount paid. Credits already consumed to cover provider work are nonrefundable.
- Promotional credits have no cash value. Refunding a purchase revokes the unused balance associated with that purchase.
3. Zero-Liability for Data Loss
Because our tools run locally and encrypt files locally, you are entirely responsible for the security and backup of your vaults. We provide our software "as is" and exclude all warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Bosun PKM be liable for data loss, corrupted databases, or failed database synchronization.
4. Galley Preview Scope
The current Galley preview is a personal recipe-management product. Commercial food-service operation, hardware integrations, and support commitments are not included.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of our company registration, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles.
6. License and Access Key Policies
We reserve the right to suspend subscription access to our servers or terminate beta license keys for users who violate local laws, attempt to reverse-engineer private licensing code, or abuse our server API endpoints.
